These Terms & Conditions govern your use of VAVADA Casino. By creating an account and playing on our platform, you agree to abide by the rules set out below. Please read them carefully before registering.

General Rules

VAVADA Casino (referred to as "the Casino", "we" or "our") is operated under a Curacao Gaming Licence (licence number 8048/JAZ). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and VAVADA Casino.

By accessing or using any part of the VAVADA platform — including the website, mobile application, games and promotions — you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use the platform.

All communications and transactions on the platform are conducted in English. Where applicable, currency amounts are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). These Terms were last updated in March 2026.

Eligibility

To register and play at VAVADA Casino, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Age — you must be at least 18 years of age. VAVADA Casino does not permit access to minors. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all funds confiscated.
  • Legal capacity — you must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
  • Jurisdiction — it is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. VAVADA Casino does not provide legal advice and cannot be held liable for any breach of local laws.
  • Self-exclusion — you must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.

Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account at VAVADA Casino. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending winnings or bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. VAVADA Casino will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your password.

We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport or driver's licence) and proof of address dated within the last 3 months.

Deposits & Withdrawals

VAVADA Casino accepts deposits in Indian Rupees (₹) via the following methods: UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, IMPS bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT).

Key deposit and withdrawal conditions:

  • Minimum deposit: ₹300
  • Minimum withdrawal: ₹1,000
  • All deposits are credited to your account instantly and free of casino fees.
  • Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts and within 2 hours for VIP players.
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method as the deposit, subject to platform availability.
  • The Casino reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals exceeding ₹1,00,000 may be subject to additional KYC checks.

VAVADA Casino does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (e.g., your bank or UPI provider) may apply their own fees, which are outside our control.

Bonus Policy

All bonuses and free spins offered by VAVADA Casino are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions. By accepting any bonus, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the applicable bonus terms.

General Bonus Rules

  • Welcome bonus: 200% on first deposit + 100 free spins. Minimum deposit ₹300. Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount.
  • Free spin winnings carry a 40x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
  • Bonuses must be wagered within 7 days of activation. Unused bonuses expire automatically.
  • Maximum bet while an active bonus is in play: ₹500 per spin or round.
  • Winnings from bonus funds are capped at 10x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.
  • Cashback bonuses are credited on Mondays and calculated on net losses from the previous 7 days.

Prohibited Bonus Practices

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
  • Collusion with other players to exploit bonus mechanics.
  • Using VPN or proxy services to access region-restricted promotions.

VAVADA Casino reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if any misuse or abuse of the bonus system is detected.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

VAVADA Casino is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
  • Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain. Any bugs must be reported to support immediately.
  • Collusion, match-fixing or any form of coordinated cheating involving multiple players.
  • Money laundering — using the casino platform to process funds of illegal origin.
  • Chargeback fraud — initiating a payment reversal after funds have been used for gambling.

All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology. VAVADA Casino does not and cannot manipulate game results. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are displayed on the platform and range from 94% to 99%.

Responsible Gambling

VAVADA Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control:

  • Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
  • Loss limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a given period.
  • Session time limits — receive reminders after a set number of hours of continuous play.
  • Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
  • Reality checks — on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net result.

Account Termination

VAVADA Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion, including in cases of:

  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
  • Provision of false or misleading information during registration.
  • Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, VAVADA Casino reserves the right to confiscate any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings. Real-money balances from verified accounts will be returned to the player using the original payment method where possible.

Changes to These Terms

VAVADA Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email at least 7 days before they come into effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
